The application, directly, does not depend on type of a database. That is the server nucleus is collected in such a manner that the application can work and with a database like MySQL and with a database located in files, or with any other base.
Support of many languages is built - in the application (further onX ). In this connection the coding UTF-8 is used, and any expanding module can have the quantity of supported languages. Therefore in system as though 2 switches of language - language of a nucleus and language of modules.

Therefore support of change of the interface is built - in a nucleus. To change it is possible even a kind of the main panel (at present function is not switched on). As, the registered visitor can save images - sets of icons and sets of windows (including position and the size).
